Now you probably still have a lot of questions?! No problem! Here we try to answer them all.

Why shouldn’t I just hire a designer?

First of all you have to find a really good one. Then a senior designer with at least €70,000 a year is not exactly cheap. With Unlimited you only pay a fraction of that. In addition, you may not always need it. With Unlimited you remain flexible and can pause every month if you wish.

Is Unlimited also an offer for advertising agencies?

Unfortunately, no. Unlimited is offered exclusively for companies and private individuals. We want to avoid that other agencies resell our services more expensively.

What happens if I’m unsatisfied?

For one, you have infinite correction steps and we will always do our best to keep you happy. If you are still unsatisfied, you could opt out at any time at the end of the month. If you are still within the first 3 test days, you can even cancel directly for a nominal fee of €50.

Can I get my money back if I’m unsatisfied?

Within the first 3 test days, you can exit directly for a nominal fee of 50€. Thereafter any time at the end of the month.

Can I pause my flat rate?

Yes you can. Each month.

Leider nein. Bei Unlimited handelt es sich um eine Design-Flatrate, nicht um eine Programmierung-Flatrate. Für jegliche Programmierung machen wir Ihnen aber jederzeit gern ein faires Angebot.

Is programming (e.g. a website) included?

Unfortunately, no. Unlimited is a design flat rate, not a programming flat rate. For any programming, we would be happy to make you a fair offer at any time.

Where do I submit the project requests?

You will receive an invitation from us to use the Basecamp online tool. This is totally easy and transparent for you to use. You basically create projects like a to-do list and can store the necessary information.

What information is needed to get started with a project?

Just give us as much information as you want and can. We clarify queries immediately in the online tool Basecamp.

Can I create different brands as projects?

Of course. If you work for different brands, we will also work for them for you. There is no limit set by us.

How long do projects take?

It also depends on the scope of the project. We always deliver asap and incredibly fast. Our goal is 24-48 hours. If a project cannot be realized in time for various reasons, we will present intermediate steps within this period or arrange a fixed date with you.

Can several projects be processed at the same time?

In this case, you would have to book another flat rate, on which we grant a generous discount. Just talk to us.

How do the design loops work?

You brief us on a project, we work on it, you get the result, you can make changes, we work on it again … as long and as often as you like.

Which design applications do you work with?

Our designers work with the Adobe Creative Cloud and thus in well-known programs such as Xd, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and co.
